Jesus, the True Shepherd
Jesus is The True Shephed, we are but lambs
There are many of us, but one Great, I AM.
He is sufficient for all our needs.
Whatever happens nothing impedes.
"I AM The Shepherd," He says to the sheep.
We can but listen as He speaks
"I did not promise life without ill
Treasures on earth, nor time to stand still."
For you, my dear one there is so much more
Beyond your time, through another door.
In your spirit if hope is rare
My promise to you is, "I AM here."
"Though you cannot see Me, and don't understand
Rest and know you are in my hands.
O dear one, dear lamb, hear My plea,
With all your heart, believe in Me!"
